A Self-Care Class

It has been said that the average lifespan of a massage therapist is 5 years. Audrey will share many of her own habits that have kept her going strong for close to 25 years. As a personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and holistic health coach she has much knowledge on the subject of self-care. You will come away with an understanding of the importance of posture and mobility as well as many tools and techniques to maintain a pain-free lifestyle as well as what to do when an injury occurs. We will also discuss boundaries and practice habits to prevent overwork and burnout. A healthy body and mind are essential to having a happy and healthy practice.
