With just a few small tweaks, you can learn to hold your body in a way that works with gravity rather than against it. You will come away with a fresh take on what “posture” means and a glimpse into a way to reduce your day to day pain. Sitting doesn’t have to be problematic. It can actually even be healing. You don’t have to hold yourself up, position your body and just relax.
Audrey is passionate about alignment because it has helped her overcome pain and tension in her own body. Teaching this practice to others has allowed individuals to graduate from care at the clinic faster and has given them a roadmap to truly maintain the results gained. She teaches introductory classes and speaks about the importance of alignment in the local community.
Several times a year she offers a more intensive series of workshops that build on the introductory class. You will get one on one attention and more advanced education in a small group setting.
